What is a dining club?Colorful dish

You pay monthly dues and you are recognized and known to all the staff.  We get to know our members and their preferences as well.  Our service is an anticipated style of service, which means we anticipate the needs of the guests as we serve them.  Members have a member number with an account and all dues and charges are billed to their account.

 

Do I have to be a member to hold an event at The Summit Club?

While preference concerning available dates are given to members of The Summit Club, you do not have to be a member to hold an event with us. Call the office and ask about available dates.

 

When am I billed for my dues?

The billing cycle begins on the 26th of each month and ends on the 25th of the following month.  Dues are billed one month in advance.

Are reservations required?

Reservations are suggested.  We want to make sure of the availability and give you the best of service.  However, if you are always welcome to stop in.

What is the dress code?

Business casual.  Jackets in the evening are preferred, but not required.

What is the quarterly minimum charge?


Members are required to spend a minimum of $90.00 per quarter in food and beverages at the Club.  This minimum may be met by take-out lunches or dinners, dine-in and private dinner parties.  Minimums do not include taxes, gratuities or miscellaneous charges.  Gift certificates do not apply towards minimums.

Can my friends and family come on my membership?

Yes, we will gladly welcome your friends and family.  You will need to call ahead and give us the authorization for them to sign the ticket for you.  Their charges will be billed to your account.

What about gratuity?

An 18% gratuity is automatically assessed on all food and beverage purchases and is billed on your statement monthly.
