The Summit Club is a distinguished private dining club where Members may meet their family and friends to dine in elegant surroundings, enjoying business and social entertaining with others of a like mind. Our concept of membership is reflected through our standards to details, décor, food, beverages, and the highest quality of service. The Summit Club membership amenities are in accordance with the finest club traditions.
Downtown LocationThe Summit Club is located at 210 E. Methvin Street, across from the Downtown Post office. The Club is proximate to all major downtown businesses and enjoys easy access from Longview’s residential and surrounding suburban areas. Safe, convenient parking is also available.
EventsThe Summit Club catering offers each member a wide range of services. Wedding receptions, showers, rehearsal dinners, private parties, cocktail parties, and Political events can be accommodated in any of our rooms.
ReservationsMembers are encouraged to make reservations. This ensures the availability of tables and the highest standard of service. Our members are also free to walk in during our hours of operation. Our staff ensures you the excellent service you expect from The Summit Club.
GuestsMembers may entertain guests in the Club, provided they are accompanied by a member-host. A Non-member guest may receive a guest card upon the request of the member-host. Guest Cards permit the guest use of club without the member-host being present. Members are billed for charges incurred by their guests.
Service ChargesMembers acknowledge all food, beverages and services rendered by signing the name and membership number presented on a ticket at the beginning of each meal. An automatic service charge of 18% is added to each ticket as a gratuity and is distributed among all service personnel including the Maitre D’ and Service Directors. No cash tipping is permitted at any time by members of the Club.
